We initially were appointed to strip-out and remove all office floor area of this commercial property at 1 Portsoken Street. This included 220,000 sq. ft. over 9 floors over a tight 4 months deadline. Shortly after we were appointed phase 2 development works due to the high customer satisfaction of the initial phase.
Phase 2 of the project included plant room dismantling and strip-outs across a further 3 floors and RC demolition. To ensure safter and more secure works, a temporary propping installation was formed, along with the installation of a new RC stair and the construction of walls.
The results? A new dynamic office space and new amenities for tenants to enjoy including a café, upper floor terraces, a number of onsite showers and bike racks. All completed whilst sticking within budget and tight timelines.
