Together with project management firm Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) and real estate agents Avison Young (AY), TypeTen was contracted by Gainvest Development to carry out the strip-out of the famous Rutland Gate residential building, one of the most expensive properties ever sold in the UK.

The scope of works included required full internal strip out and controlled demolition of internal structural walls which we were responsible for all temporary works design.

Over the 14 weeks, our team installed all temporary power, lighting and temporary fire alarm system that allowed the safe delivery of this project.
